Regular Maintenance

Always clean the body and pan support after cooking to prevent tough stains and grease build-up. Left unattended, food residue can become quite hard and difficult to remove.
Simply use a wet cloth to clean the body and pan support. Wipe off with a dry cloth afterward.

Burner Head

Clean the burner head holes regularly using a scrub or needle. This is to prevent a clogged burner head which could cause irregular and red flame.

Powder Coated Body

Use soap and water to clean powder-coated body. Do not use rough scrubs to prevent scratches.

Enamel Pan Supports

• Clean the pan support with warm water or detergent. Use Steel wool to clean the tough stain
• Once dry, place the pan support back in the place
• Do not bump pan support on a hard surface as it will cause damage.
